Introduction to the Office of the Military Accountant General
The Office of the Military Accountant General plays an important role in the defense financial system of Pakistan. Vacancy Details
Only one recruitment is being done under this group i.e. Junior Auditor, whose basic scale is BPS-11. The age limit for this year has been fixed at 18 to 30, with higher age relaxations as per government policy, with the general relaxation of five years already included. Age and education will be done as per the last date of receipt of application, for this candidates are requested to assess their eligibility in the light of the said date.
Educational qualification requirements
Two alternative corridors for educational qualification are set for the candidates so that maximum eligible candidates can apply:
Section Class or Bachelor Degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, Banking or Business Administration (Finance/Accounting) from any University recognized by Higher Education Commission (HEC).
OR Associate Degree Program (ADP) in subjects above Bachelor with Part or Grade C obtained from an HEC approved institution.
Apart from this, the candidate must be computer literate and have a speed of at least 30 words per minute. The maintenance of records and reporting in the form of precise auditing is done on a day-to-day basis, for which computers have been made a prerequisite.
Quota and Provincial Distribution
274 posts have been distributed according to the quota of different provinces and territories of the country, including Punjab, Sindh (rural and urban), Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Balochistan, erstwhile FATA, Gilgit-Baltistan and Azad Jammu and Kashmir. In each region seats are allocated on the basis of minority quota, disabled persons quota, women quota and merit. For example, 61 seats have been reserved in the minority quota and 24 in the disabled quota from Punjab, while Balochistan has the highest number of 102 seats allocated on the basis of merit. This division makes the recruitment process more inclusive, balanced and fair and provides equal opportunities to talented youth from every region of the country.

Hopeful candidates are requested to submit online application through official website of National Job Portal (NJP) www.njp.gov.pk within the published newspaper newspaper. Care and accuracy in the information entered in the application form name, spouse, domicile, educational qualification, gender, registry and date of entry is necessary, in case of any mistake the application will be rejected. Incomplete applications, applications received from you or applications sent by post/courier will not be entertained, so it is necessary to apply through the online portal only.
